01: This Airport Just Ranked 'Angriest' in the U.S. — Here's Why

Reasons being Delays, Weather, Cold, Police, Issues.
On the other hand, users of the airports serving
Indianapolis,
Seattle-Tacoma, and

The Indianapolis Airport has previously been named the best airport in North America by the Airports Council International.
Why ? - The airport features a variety of shopping which keeps travelers entertained such as MAC Cosmetics, FAO Schwarz Toy Store, TUMI, and Vineyard Vines.
02: Is Facial Recognition the Key to Safer Air Travel?
Facial recognition technology is being introduced in US airports to speed up identity checks at security. Although it’s currently being used at 16 airports, like Baltimore, including Reagan National, airports in Atlanta, Boston, Las Vegas, Orlando, & many others, it's not at every TSA checkpoint, so not every traveller goes through it.
Instead of handing over boarding passes, passengers will scan their faces and their own IDs. The new machines match travelers’ facial scans to the photos on their driver’s license or passport and verifies that they’re the same person. The pilot is voluntary and accurate,
but critics have raised concerns about questions of bias in facial recognition tech and possible repercussions for passengers who want to opt out.

Hong Kong is giving away 500,000 free airline tickets worth over €250 million to boost tourism post-pandemic. The tickets are being released in stages since March and are available to Europeans since May
The "Hello Hong Kong" campaign is part of a HK$2 billion ($255 million) relief package that the government offered to airlines in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. The campaign aims to showcase the city's vibrancy and unique aspects of a trip to the city to attract tourists, business, and investment.

“Ravenna is unrecognisable after the damage it has suffered,” Mayor Michele de Pascale told RAI public radio.
Northern Italy, particularly the Emilia-Romagna region, has been hit by devastating floods that have killed at least 14 people and forced thousands to evacuate their homes.
Heavy rainfall caused 21 rivers to burst their banks, submerging entire towns in some parts of the region. People are being advised to limit their travels and stay away from riverbanks and green areas affected by flooding. The UK government has issued a travel warning, and the tourist board of Bologna has urged citizens to limit their travel to essential journeys only. There has also been flooding in other countries like Croatia, Bosnia, and Slovenia.

“People can have the best of both worlds there, just miles and miles of unspoiled beaches,” he said.
The beach is part of a state park that covers about 2,000 acres on the east end of the island, connected by a bridge to the mainland across Apalachicola Bay.
But this year what set it apart from others is its natural beauty, lack of development, abundant activities including fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling, camping and an unparalleled view of the night sky for stargazers, Leatherman said.
Further along I’ll show you to one of the best beaches in the world to stick your toes in the sand this summer.
😲 React - Another European town, says “No” to selfie-taking tourists
Last week we talked about, how Protofino introduced a fine of around €270, to avoid people from taking selfies for too long.
Well this Austrian town went even further, & erected a wall.
Hallstatt, an Austrian town, of 750 permanent residents is being taken over by a whopping 7,000 additional visitors every day who want to snap selfies with Lake Hallstatt and the Dachstein Mountains. Which was the inspiration for the movie Frozen.
Hallstatt is a picturesque Austrian town that has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is known for its traditional houses set against a stunning backdrop of mountains and the crystal-clear waters of the Hallstätter See, which has made it a popular tourist destination, and
Hallstatt’s Mayor Alexander Scheutz, ➜ has other plans.

A Recent Review of Anse Source D'Argent (beach in Seychelles) - “Definitely a unique place worth the detour or spending a couple of days. The beach with its rocks and monolith are unique to the Seychelles. the water is super, the white sand is nice. not too crowded for such a gorgeous place. one can access only by bike. price of bike rental per day from the harbour is reasonable (150 SCR). the ride is nice in itself with giant turtles along the way in the monolith rock site. get some food or snacks with you if you plan to spend the day. lots of shade by the beach. the further you walk once you park the bike, the more small coves and beaches you have for a romantic getaway. a must see.” - From Tripadvisor

EASE YOUR TRAVELS
Life’s a Wonderful Beach
⚠️ Be aware of beach hazards: Hazards such as dangerous currents, tsunamis, heat, and lightning can be dangerous. The National Weather Service and the National Ocean Service provide information to stay safe on beaches and in coastal areas and surf zones.
🪁 Fly a Kite: Check the wind direction and speed before flying your kite. The best time to fly a kite is when the wind is steady and moderate. Have a kite race with your friends or family and see whose kite can fly the highest or the longest.
🧑🤝🧑 Meet new people: Join or host team games: The beach is a place where people gather together to have fun and relax, making it a great place to meet new people. One way to break the ice is by hosting or joining team games like beach volleyball or limbo dance.
